This document represents a statement on the processing of personal data of users of the website www.lovetiffani.it.

The Company processes personal data collected through both manual and electronic means.
The purpose of the processing is the sole management of the requests received.
The navigation data instead serve only to obtain anonymous statistics on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, or even to ascertain any responsibility in case of computer crimes.
Principles of treatment
The data is processed lawfully, correctly, transparently and with methods that ensure its integrity, also in order to guarantee the confidentiality of the interested parties.

obtain the deletion of data in the cases permitted by the GDPR, without prejudice to the right of the data controller to keep them to fulfill legal obligations or for reasons of justice;
oppose the processing for legitimate reasons;
revoke, at any time, consent to the processing of personal data, without this in any way prejudicing the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
obtain from the holder the data concerning him in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, if he has given consent to the processing and this is carried out by automated means.

Terms of processing and storage of personal data
The processing of the data provided voluntarily lasts only for the time necessary to process the request sent by the interested party.
The navigation data do not persist for more than seven days and are canceled immediately after their aggregation (except for any need for the investigation of crimes by the Judicial Authority).
Right to lodge a claim
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data if he considers that the processing that concerns him violates the GDPR.
Changes and updates
